This program increases mindful awareness of one’s self and others, and teaches how to cope with and manage stress, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness is the ability to sit with symptoms rather than always trying to control them. We teach you how to tame your wandering and overactive mind.
First, we illustrate how stress affects the body. Then we teach you how to ground yourself, how to be present and mindful. This is achieved through practical knowledge and exercises, like guided visualizations and meditation, muscle relaxation and various yoga postures.
